Steve provides in-depth personalized services related to wealth transfers and preservation, asset protection, business transaction and structure planning and related consulting services for high net worth individuals and privately held businesses. Steve has extensive experience with complex business and individual tax planning structures and strategies including Multi-Entity Consolidated and Combined Groups, Multi-Tiered Partnerships, Family Limited Partnerships, Defective Grantor Trusts, Grantor Retained Annuity Trusts, Charitable Remainder and Lead Trusts, and Private Foundations.
Steve’s practice includes a broad range of federal and state income tax, and estate and gift tax matters with an emphasis on individual income and estate taxes, corporate and business taxes, mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, limited liability companies, and S-corporations in the real estate, construction, oil & gas, retail and food service industries. Steve also works with various types of tax exempt organizations including public charities, private foundations, and charitable trusts.
