Rick Downing

Rick attended Southern Illinois University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, and Southern Methodist University, where he earned a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering. Rick previously worked at Carrell and Company CPAs, Shifflett & Phillips LLP, and John Harman CPA PLLC. He is joining HM&M as a Tax Manager on Team Borodyansky, bringing his public accounting experience and engineering background to the firm.
