Client Service Coordinator
The Client Service Coordinator will interact with the team and clients on a daily basis by managing client binders and documents, requesting missing items from the clients and third parties, fulfilling requests from the clients and the professionals, assisting with spreadsheets, making phone calls to other advisors as requested and performing certain professional level tasks. The CSC’s role is a billable, client facing role with the purpose to augment and support the professional teams. The candidate should possess strong communication skills (both verbal and written), excellent client service skills, enjoy working with and talking to people, have a good working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.) and be highly organized.
Qualifications and skills:
- College degree, associate degree or relevant experience in the business world.
- Strong communication skills
- Must enjoy working with others and be willing to meet with clients, attend meetings and communicate frequently with clients and other team members.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft suite
- Highly organized
